Bay 3 cultures shift from green to a dull violet overnight. Luis logs it privately and asks Nadia to keep it quiet.

The outage lines up precisely with a spike in the repeating transmission. Jonah notices. He does not report it.

Nadia confronts Victor about falsified repairs.
Victor claims Module C was fixed. The maintenance log says otherwise — or it did, before part of it was deleted.
